Rockers
Top and bottom rockers carry your club name and region in a curved, arched shape. We match lettering, curvature, and spacing so each rocker sits correctly above and below the back patch as a unified set.
Detailed embroidery & thread coverage
Emblems, fine linework, small text, and layered elements are reproduced with the thread density needed for clarity. During review we confirm which details hold at your chosen size and, where helpful, recommend refinements that protect the design.
Borders — hot-cut vs merrow
The border shapes the edge of your patch. A merrow border is a classic raised, stitched edge suited to standard rounded shapes.
